Comentario de la fotografía 1428: ESTA ES UNA FOTO VERDADERAMENTE HISTÓRICA SOBRE TODO PARA MÍ, EL MÁS PEQUEÑO ALUMNO DE LA ESCUELA, EN JUNIO DE 1896. - TENÍA EN ESA FECHA CUATRO MESES Y APAREZCO A LA ZIQUIERDA EN BRAZOS DE MI NODRIZA (JUNTO A LA PUERTA) - EL OTRO PEQUEÑO DE LA DERECHA, TAMBIÉN EN BRAZOS DE SU AMA DE CRÍA, ES EL PRIMER HIJO DEL MAESTRO DON LUIS MARCO RAMÍREZ QUE AQUEL AÑO LLEGÓ AL PUERTO.
AL ESCRIBIR ESTE COMENTARIO EN EL AÑO 1974 SE OBSERVA EL CURIOSO Y EXTRAORDINARIO DETALLE SIGUIENTE: DE LAS NUMEROSAS PERSONAS AQUÍ RETRATADAS HOMBRES - MUJERES Y NIÑOS DE TODAS EDADES SOLAMENTE VIVIMOS DOS: JOSÉ DELGADO MACÍAN (EN LA FILA MÁS ALTA EL SEGUNDO EMPEZANDO POR LA DERECHA) QUE TIENE AHORA 94 AÑOS Y YO CON 78. DE TODOS LOS ALUMNOS RETRATADOS ERA EL MAYOR U DE TODOS LOS QUE APARECEN EN LA FOTO YO ERA EL MENOR.
