      Fotógrafo y retratista que comenzó su labor en la calle Jabonerías en la última década del XIX, anunciandose en prensa como Gran Fotografía Artística de Arturo Franco, llegando con una amplia clientela hasta 1911. Al final de sus años, compartió su trabajo de fotógrafo con el de conserje en el Círculo de Tiro Nacional.
